How long does it take to ship my order from the day I place it? |
1. Common Neuter Bow keyways with or without DND and no imprint usually ship the same day order is received 2. Incised Neuter Bow keyways with company name, logo, etc., usually ship within 5 business days (see #4 below) 3. Embossed Neuter Bow ship 10 - 14 days from time order is placed (see #4 below). 4. All orders which require the manufacturing of a new incising or embossing dies will require 3 - 4 weeks the first time only . 5. Large Bow keys ship 10 - 14 days from time order is placed. 6.All orders for Ready Line and Logo Line Key Cards ship the same day ordered providing the order is placed before 3:00pm Mountain Time. The same applies to all regular stock batteries, cleaning cards, and Welcome and Logo Line Card Envelopes. Custom Cards take 4 - 6 weeks from the time the proof is signed. |
What is the difference between incised and embossed? |
While both style keys are machine stamped, the finished product appears quite different from the eye. Incised has the effect of being engraved on to the key, while embossed appears like raised lettering as on a coin. |
Is there any charge to have "Do Not Duplicate" on my blanks? |
There is no additional charge to have "Do Not Duplicate" on incised or embossed keys. You may have this option placed on whatever keyways you choose when you place your order. |
Will I be charged for keys that are returned? |
No. Replacement keys are shipped and invoiced as normal; however, when your returned keys reach us, we will credit your account for the number of keys returned and apply this amount to the invoice for the replacements. |
I received my order, but the package did not contain an invoice |
All orders are shipped with a packing slip only. Your invoice is sent by First Class US Mail the following business day after your order is shipped from our facility. In most cases they will arrive about the same time. Should you not receive an invoice 5 days after you receive your order, contact us and we will be glad to fax you a copy. |
